Payment can be made in cash (RSD) or by credit cards (Visa, Dina, Master, Maestro). Payment method: 100% advance payment not later than 48h in case of cash and invoice payment, and when paying by credit card, a copy of both sides must be submitted as a guarantee in case of cancellation of reservation.

The cancellation deadline is 48h before arrival for individual guests, or 72h for groups. If the guest does not cancel the reservation according to the specified deadline, the first night is charged (multiplied by the number of reserved rooms). The Management of the Hotel approves the discount to corporate clients in the amount determined on the basis of the signed contract. Prices for groups are formed depending on the requirements and number of guests.
